Droids Custom TIE Pilot: Colorful!

Last week I gave a bit of a lesson on how I digitally ink my art. Hope you enjoyed it. I have much less knowledge to share this week. Just some colors...

That's the result after I blocked out the various color zones for the art. With that finished, I began shading... where the REAL artistry begins!

I almost entirely worked with highlights on Kez's skin, since it looks so pale on the Kez-Iban Droids card art. I think I did a pretty decent job of matching the style, even if mine is a lot more purple than blue to better match the action figure. Perhaps the lighting in that mine where he was slaving away was more blue...
