Uncle Milton (now a part of Basic Fun!) brought one of the biggest surprises to Toy Fair 2018 - these amazing Star Wars creature excavation sets.

These things just blew me away. The big sets come with a sandy-clay block and some small metal tools for chipping away the clay. You slowly uncover the bones of the creature - either a Rancor or a Tauntaun. After you dig out all the bones, you can assemble them into a totally awesome skeleton. Unpainted it looks great. Give it a paint wash and it looks STUNNING.

They're also coming out with a line of skull kits. They're blind-boxed and feature six different skulls. The sand is paired to the different terrain types where the species might be found. And they were geeky enough to use the actual species names - not the characters! Wave one should be out soon, and wave two is already in the works (and includes PORGS!). Uncle Milton worked closely with Lucasfilm to get the most accurate skeletons possible, and those efforts shine through.

One final cool new product was a slime kit based off Jabba's throne. Mix up the contents of a slime pack inside Jabba's pipe and bowl replica, and get different variants of squishy slime. The details on the bowl were very nicely done.
