There is a time to work, there is a time to play, there is a time to dance and there IS A TIME FOR STAR WARS! Go to the Celebration, buy the chips with Padme on them, watch the original trilogy 100 time. IT IS STAR WARS TIME. CAAAAAANNNNNNN YOUUUUUUUUUUUU DIGGGGGGGGGGGGGG ITTTTTTT!!!?? SO with the celebration this weekend and the film in TWO FRIGGIN' WEEKS now is the time to relish the Star Wars... its everywhere now and when Star Wars is plastered all over everything, ALL IS RIGHT IN THE WORLD. So the MIGHTY NIMROD will give you 10 Star Wars thoughts going into the Celebration this week. 1- I have to say that the CGI I have seen for Episode Two vs. the CGI I have seen for Spider-Man is no even a CLOSE battle. Star Wars looks AMAZING while Spidey looks like its just a few notches above that PISS POOR CGI work at the end of Spawn. The FX are just the candy, the real test is the story-telling. I PRAY that Spidey is a great movie, but I KNOW that Clones will be. Well, we will know soon enuff. 2- WHY are people buying Count Dooku figures for 20-40 dollars on eBay? THIS is why there is a need for scalpers. Impatient collectors causing a NEED to sell at a higher price, I do not have a Count Dooku yet, BUT if I did I would have no problem selling it to some jack-ass willing to pay $40 for a $6 toy. ATTENTION PEOPLE! The mighty Nimrod says this: There is NO Dooku shortage, wait a little bit and he will be all over the shelves. Remember Lando in '95? How about Darth Maul in '99? HE IS A MAIN BAD GUY, you will be able to get his figure... don't panic. 3- I can't wait for the Episode II video games... yes sir, I do loves me some Star Wars. 4- EPISODE II cereal is DA F'in BOMB! 5- Having seen every trailer, I must say that while I was in a frenzy to see TPM, I am FAR more excited to see Clones. This movie looks FUN. 6- Wouldn't it be cool to have a bar at Celebration 2? The Cantina! On second thought, an arena full of beer-fueled Star Wars GEEKS SCARES THE HELL OUTTA ME, best let the drunks fend for themselves (look for me in the closest bar).. 7- If you are one of the fools from #2 that paid $40 for the Dooku figure, I will sell you a C2 Sacul figure for $200... HEY they are rare... (and if you are stupid enuff to pay it I WILL sell it) 8- Read Boba Fett: Fight to Survive. It's a kids book and I don't like EU stuff BUT damn does it rock. 9- The PlaySchool Star Wars sets are getting to be HARD to find. A baby is coming into my life and I think I better buy these toys NOW and give them to the child in 3 years. (This was I can play with them myself) 10- STAR WARS IS COMING IN 2 WEEKS!!!!!
