Well here is another edition of my random thoughts potpourri columns. Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 is the best video game EVER! THPS3 makes the PS2 worth its weight in gold. Now lemme tell you about the Xbox. It is a graphical geek-gasim despite its controller problem, and Halo and Odd World: Munches Odyssey are KILLER games that look and play better than damn near any games you have ever played. These two games alone make this awesome machine worth owning. Speaking of Odd World, if you are a Star Wars fan and have not yet discovered the video game world of Odd World, YOU ARE MISSING OUT. Run to the store and pick up the first two PS1 games (the newest one is the third in a projected ten game story line). Family is hard! Now that we have seen three separate Episode II trailers, what do you think? I am convinced that we are about to see the Star Wars film we all want. If it is not, I say we bum-rush Skywalker Ranch and kick King George’s ass, tie him up and pry his eyes open (like Clockwork Orange style) and make him watch Raiders of the Lost Ark and SW:ANH and SW:ESB over and over until he remembers how to tell a good story and make a good movie at the same time. Less than six months and counting, and we get The Lord of the Rings and Spider-man to hold us over until then. The Attack of the Clones is coming. I hate Christmas. To all those folks who e-mailed me about my 9-11 column complaining about my demand for the EMPIRE TO STRIKE BACK, well, as I predicted, we are striking back. I received a few letters arguing that we should keep peace and NOT retaliate for the attacks on this country, to those readers I say GET BENT!!! I will not be satisfied until the blood of Bin Laden is shed. And even then, I will still not be satisfied. HOWEVER please don't stop e-mailing. I love the opinions of my readers, I JUST LOVE THEM MORE WHEN THE MIRROR MINE! WHATEVER you do, stay away from the Hollywood turd that is Pearl Harbor. It is CRAPTACULAR!!! Porn is cool. Some things ALWAYS make me smile, The Rolling Stones, A fresh-rolled joint and Star Wars - so it always was, so it always will be. OK, so I have been really busy lately, (Don't take 15 credits of school, work 3 jobs and get married in one semester) BUT the Nimrod has come back to CC and will be contributing weekly again. I have a few half-written columns I am finishing and will start a four part series next week. The series will be NIMRODS OFFICIAL TOP 100 COOLEST MOVIES EVER IN THE HISTORY OF FILMS (or whatever title I come up with by that time). UNTIL NEXT TIME MY NIMROIDIANS, the Nim is OUT
