A masterpiece in Oscar's Acrylics!!

When we left our hero last week, he was about to transfer his ESB MOC collection to Oscar's superior Acrylic cases from Star Cases. And it's funny... I got complaints from ALL OVER THE PLACE from people upset that they had to wait a week to see the finished results. Ha! My ploy WORKED!!!! I sucked you all back in for another visit.

Anyways, a week ago, my ESB collection looked something like this:

And I was just about to finish unpacking my exceptionally well-protected Oscar's Cases. Getting them out of the peanuts, I found them wrapped in cling wrap in groups of 5... and boy are those fun to unwrap!!

Once they were out, it was just a matter of the tedious process of taking them out of the Star Cases without damaging them, then sliding them into Oscar's Cases.

The transfer process went very smoothly. The only touchy thing was getting Dengar in one of Oscar's Cases. Dengar has the thickest bubble of any ESB figure, and it was just a smidge too deep. I had to go through a few of the acrylic cases to find one that was a millimeter deeper than the rest that'd fit Dengar (being hand-made, the cases aren't machine perfect, and there are slight variances between them). And Dengar just barely fit. I don't know if he's gonna be coming out of that case any time soon without the aid of a crowbar. The rest slid right in like butter

Then all that was left was lining them up on the shelves, which was pretty easy. With all the extra space, I was able to fit all 29 figures on the same shelf with no problem, and to proudly display my collection...

Looks sweet, doesn't it? Compare that photo to the link above. Look at the clarity. Look at the organization. Look at the lines. It's GLORIOUS!!!

And you can actually see what each of the figures are! Just to show off, here's the set, one shelf at a time...

And one last one... high-rez, baby!!!

Now look at those and tell me you don't want to run out and plunk down some cash on some Oscar's Cases!! I mean, can anybody look at those before and after shots and honestly say it wasn't worth it? Contact him today. He can make just about any case in just about any size. And they're worth every penny (especially at about half the price of his competitors' cases).

Now I just gotta find some schmuck to sucker into buying 30 used Star Cases...
