Woke up feeling like crap. Not falling asleep right away the night before because I couldn't breathe didn't help, but I wasn't going to let it get me down, no way no how, no sir! Got dressed and headed out to catch the shuttle. Funny thing happened on the bus that morning. One guy was dressed like a Jedi, and when he got up to get off the bus, his pants fell down. Fortunately he had shorts on underneath, but it was rather amusing, made even more so by somebody (no it wasn't me) from the back yelling, “Hey, it's the Jedi pants trick!” We then proceeded to walk to the holding area to stand in line again, waiting for the doors to open. It was a pleasant surprise that they opened about ten minutes early, (I guess to make up for opening late the day before).

I first went to the artist alley to pick up my last print, once that was in hand, I proceeded to stand in the line to buy autograph tickets. Bought $160.00 worth of the $20.00 tickets, then set out to get my signatures and photos with Mon Mothma, the Skiff guard/Endor Rebel Trooper, Ben Burtt, Cal Alder, Dak, and the Imperial Officer from Episode IV. I wanted to get Ashley Eckstein's and Jaime King's autographs, but the former wasn't going to be there until later in the day and the latter wasn't showing up until tomorrow. Saw Warwick Davis was going to be signing on Sat afternoon as well, so I was very happy about that.

Now I already have Commander Cody and Padme's signatures from the CW, but since I'm a big fan of the bounty hunters, and Dee Bradley Baker did the voice of Bossk in the second season, I had to get a signed pic from him as Bossk, and being the big KOTOR fan that I am, considering Kat Taber had a pic of Mission Vao on her table, plus she was quite attractive, I have to get her autograph again as well. Needless to say I had to go and buy more tickets.

Then it was off to the Celebration store. Both of the dog tags and the CV lanyard were sold out, but I picked up the Iggy's 88 retro tin sign and a set of the postcards, in addition to the program which I had already paid for when I bought my ticket. I went up to pay but since I had pre-ordered the program, I had to go and get in another line for the pre-orders, but of course they couldn't find my name on their list, so I had to go and get back in the line I was in before and pay for the program again. No sooner had they swiped my card and I signed the receipt when the guy came up to me stating they finally found my name and I had indeed paid for the program beforehand. Fortunately my friend bought the additional one off of me so I didn't end up with two.

Went and had a Philly cheese steak sandwich for lunch, then decided to see what the vendors had for sale. I bought one of the hardcover Clone Wars books as the author was sitting there, so I got it signed. I also bought a nice framed and matted plaque of genuine Wampa fur from one of the booths. I guess they bought that and a whole lot of other stuff right off of Stuart Feeborn. They wanted $75.00 for it, but considering I was willing and able to pay cash for it, they knocked the price down to $65.00. I got the AT-AT sketchplate from ACME and picked up a nice Slave Leia print done by Matt Busch. Stopped at the Gentle Giant booth to see if I could get the exclusive Boba Fett figure, but they were sold out for the day. There was always Sat!

About 5:30, I headed back to the autograph area to see if Ashley Eckstein was there, she was, and she had a nice looooonnnnnng line. There wasn't much else I wanted to do that day, so I decided to wait. She was very nice and personable with the fans, but that made the wait all that much longer, so much so that they cut the line off at 6:45 and I still wasn't anywhere even close to her. Once again, there was always Saturday.

With only fifteen minutes before the convention closed for the day, I decided to head over to the PSWCS booth to see if Bill was there and he was!! I finally got to meet him along with Steve “Solo” Rensi and it was a joyous moment for me to say the least. Couldn't stay and talk much as the show was closing and so we made our way out and back to the shuttle, but would you believe...my sinus infection had disappeared!! YAY!!! The bad news was when we stepped outside, it was pouring rain!!!!

Fortunately by the time we got to our hotel the storm had passed. We dropped off our stuff in the room, then headed out to a local restaurant for some grub and a well deserved sit-down. We both were too tired to venture back to the Convention center that night to partake in any of the evening's festivities, so we just watched T.V. and prepared for Saturday, which was sure to be the busiest day of them all. Now on a sad note, I knew our flight back on Sunday was at 3:45 p.m. So I figured we could stay at the con for about 3 hours, but our shuttle was picking us up to take us to the airport at 12:30, so I figured we could stay at the con about 2 hours, but check-out time was 11:00, so the doors open at 10:00, we finally would get in between 10:15-10:30, and no sooner would we have to head back to check out. So unfortunately Saturday was to be our last day at CV. Talk about putting the UGH in Ughnaught!
