I'm still sifting through the mountain of photos I took at C5. It's an undertaking. But I figured it's high time I at least posted something... So I decided I'd start by sharing the many awesome celebrity photos I took at Celebration V.

My main goal at C5 was to get a photo of Mark Hamill with the "CreatureCantina.com SUCKS!" sign. I was thwarted by draconian anti-photo regulations for the big stars. As a result I paid $125 for an autograph I really have no interest in owning. Sure, it was nice to meet Mark. But I paid the $125 thinking I'd get a photo. They way they rushed us through was genuinely disappointing. So I guess I need to hope he does a convention not called Celebration at some future date where I can get his photo.

Otherwise I had a great time, getting several new celebs I hadn't had the opportunity to meet yet. I wasn't able to get any of the Clone Wars folks due to their abbreviated signing schedules (those who bothered to show up at all). But I did get a bunch of very nice shots of the old school actors.

All were very amused except Ben Burtt. He was a bit uncomfortable with the term "sucks." He seems too polite for such foolishness. I completely understand, and he was happy to pose obscuring the offensive term. The rest of the guys were delighted for a break in the monotony, and some hammed it up admirably. So without further ado...
