We're under a month!

Here we are, less than a month to go before CVI starts up. The guests have all been announced, the prints have all been revealed, and word of all the free swag to be had is making the rounds. All in all, I'd have to say...not too bad.

     For autographs, there are a grand total of 5 I need. Turns out one I thought I had, I did, and one I was sure I had, I didn't. It looks like for the time being I'm only going for 3 prints however. There are 4 I'd like to have, but the total cost of all of them would be $160.00, not sure how much $$$ I'll be able to bring, so one I'll have to take a pass on. (I'm not saying which one as I don't want that particular artist to get sore if they read this)

     Still upset Disney isn't having a special SW night at Hollywood Studios. They're having special “After 4” tickets you can purchase, but as we're not renting a car, how much would it cost to cab it to and from the park? I want answers why we're being snubbed, so if anybody has the scoop, please pass it my way. At least they're having the “Carbon Freeze Me” experience and the Star Tours badges at Celebration, that makes things somewhat better, not completely mind you, but every little bit helps.

     Tried getting in on the SW speed dating, but all the male seeking female slots filled up in no time. I've got an idea on how to rectify that for next time. But I'll go into that in my CVI wrap-up which I'll be doing after the Con.

     Suffice it to say I've got some surprises in store for all of our loyal readers, some good...and some bad, but it's too early to talk about that and even good things will come the negative if all plays out as I have foreseen. Don't want to reveal too much too soon, then I'd run out of things to write about in the coming weeks leading up to Celebration VI. So make sure you're here each and every week for all the news that' fit to print. Just remember, for all of you who cannot attend this momentous event, Darth Danno will be going for you, so you can rest assured your presence will be felt in Orlando in August. If not, then I'll just chalk it up to gas. See you in 7!

P.S. Yesterday, July 24th would have been my Mother's 86th birthday were she alive today. Sadly, she's been gone 11 years this coming Sept. Happy Birthday Mom, Dad and I love you and we miss you.
